Kenyan minister and his deputy die in helicopter crash
Local Kenyan TV has reported a helicopter crash outside the capital. The country’s security minister and his deputy are said to be among those killed in the crash.
A Kenyan cabinet minister is believed to be among the six people who have died in a helicopter crash.
The spokesperson for Prime Minster Raila Odinga said he was informed of the deaths of Security Minister George Saitoti and his deputy Orwa Ojode.
The helicopter crashed into a forest just outside the capital and burst into flames on Sunday, local television stations have reported.
